Job description
- Data Modelling and ETL Developer for Data Conversion Design, Develop, and Test Talend ETLs.
- Responsible for building and validating ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using Talend for data conversion projects.
- Lead Design Discussions: Facilitate design conversations with both client stakeholders and internal Deloitte teams to ensure alignment on requirements and solutions.
- Legacy Data Model Analysis: Analyze and review existing (legacy) data models to understand current structures and identify areas for improvement or transformation.
- Create Mapping Documents: Develop comprehensive mapping documents that detail how legacy data will be transformed and loaded into the new system.
- ETL Testing: Conduct thorough testing of ETL jobs to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance. Functional Coordination: Collaborate with the functional application team to assess and address any functional impacts resulting from data conversion activities.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Limited Sponsorship - Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Be on-site with the team 3 days/week in the Sacramento office.

- IBM DB2 Connect: Intermediate
- Salesforce: Intermediate

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,000 to $180,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
