Job description
- Design highly efficient, scalable, and resilient data models within Salesforce, providing architectural guidance to mature the ecosystem and onboard new application teams.
- Leverage expert proficiency in integration patterns and middleware to seamlessly connect Salesforce with disparate internal and external systems across the CBP ecosystem.
- Apply a deep understanding of the Salesforce security model (including permissions, data access controls, and Salesforce Shield encryption technology) to protect sensitive data at rest and in transit.
- Lead complex TDD reviews for application teams to verify technical soundness, security compliance, and architectural alignment prior to deployment.
- Oversee configuration management and coordinate with teams using toolsets like Salesforce CLI, Microsoft VS Code, GitLab, Scratch Orgs, and SecDevOps pipelines.
- Partner with Salesforce vendor support and internal O&M teams to isolate, diagnose, and resolve global platform issues or bugs.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Visual Studio Code?, * A Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) designation from a recognized credentialing agency is preferred.
- Advanced, practical understanding of data access controls, permissions, and cloud encryption frameworks.
- Experience navigating full lifecycle Agile program management specifically tailored to Salesforce environments.
- Proven success implementing enterprise integration patterns to connect Salesforce with modern and legacy external systems.
- Superior analytical skills to tackle platform-wide technical roadblocks and provide scalable alternatives to technical leadership.
- Ability to communicate complex architectural strategies clearly to senior customer leadership and application engineering teams.
