Job description
- Oversee Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and email/security tools
- Maintain servers, virtualization, storage, and backup systems
- Support enterprise networking: firewalls, switches, VPN, Wi-Fi
- Lead endpoint hardening, patching, and security tooling (EDR/MDR, SIEM, vulnerability mgmt.)
- Administer cloud platforms and support automation/scripting
- Execute Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans
- Manage vendors, licensing, budgets, and IT asset lifecycle
- Maintain IT policies, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with cross-site teams and support specialized/legacy systems as needed
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows support?, * 6-8 years IT experience; degree or equivalent
- Strong experience with Windows Server, AD, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365
- Proficiency in networking, virtualization, and backup technologies
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms and scripting (PowerShell required)
- Solid understanding of security principles, DR/BCP, and IT best practices
- Experience with vendor management, budgeting, and documentation
- Compliance or regulated-industry experience a plus
