Job description
As an AI Full-Stack Developer at TRA, you'll bring our AI-powered tools to life through intuitive UIs and practical dashboards. You'll be the bridge between cutting-edge AI capabilities and user experiences - building chatbots, analytics interfaces, and secure web applications that our clients and team can rely on., * Design and architect comprehensive full-stack solutions that integrate AI/ML models, conversational interfaces, backend systems, and user-facing applications
- Design, deploy, and maintain large-scale AI systems with high availability, performance, and reliability in production environments
- Develop and integrate website chatbot front-ends connected to our AI systems
- Design dashboards to monitor AI outputs and training analytics, enhancing visibility and insight
- Ensure web applications are secure, user-friendly, and performant
- Collaborate closely with AI/ML and backend teams to deliver full-stack, end-to-end solutions
Requirements
Do you have experience in Web applications?, * 3+ years of full-stack development experience with proven expertise in solutions architecture
- Advanced proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React, Next.js) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python)
- Strong experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure or GCP) including deployment, scaling, and infrastructure as code
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI/ML models into production applications
- Proven track record building secure, scalable, client-facing web applications
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and workflow automation
Nice to Have
- Experience with OpenTelemetry for distributed tracing, metrics, and observability across AI and microservices pipelines
- Familiarity with LangSmith or Langfuse for LLM application monitoring, evaluation, and debugging

$120,000 - $140,000 a year - Permanent, Full-time
