Job description
- Provide first-level help desk support for end users, resolving technical issues in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and support Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (laptops, monitors, printers, etc.)
- Assist with setup, configuration, and basic maintenance of IT equipment
- Document issues, resolutions, and recurring problems
- Support overall business systems and contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes
- Escalate complex issues as needed
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical customer support for office equipment?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or related field Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office products
- Basic knowledge of hardware troubleshooting (laptops, printers, peripherals)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn systems and operate in a hands-on environment
Soft Skills:
- Experience working in a help desk or onsite IT support role
- Familiarity with general IT service management practices
