Job description
- Develop and enhance enterprise business intelligence solutions that support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Design, build, and maintain data warehouses, data models, dashboards, and reporting environments.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for improved data visibility, accessibility, and insight generation.
- Translate business needs into actionable analytics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
- Improve data governance, quality, consistency, and usability across the organization.
- Support and train users on BI tools and reporting capabilities.
- Help establish a data-driven culture by enabling fact-based decision making throughout the credit union.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Schema design?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, We're looking for a curious problem solver who enjoys working with both data and people. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with the ability to communicate complex information in a way that helps stakeholders make better decisions., * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, or related disciplines.
- Strong experience with SQL and SQL Server technologies (SSMS, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS).
- Experience developing data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
- Proficiency with Tableau or similar data visualization platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders., * Experience within financial services, banking, or credit unions.
- Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques such as clustering, correlation analysis, and predictive modeling.
- Experience with R or other statistical analysis tools.
- Experience supporting enterprise data warehouse environments.
