Job description
We are seeking an experienced ProWatch Administrator to support and manage an enterprise Access Control System (ACS) powered by Honeywell ProWatch. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and continuous availability of a mission-critical access control environment supporting operations, public safety, compliance, and emergency response., * Administer, configure, and support Honeywell ProWatch Access Control System
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability to maintain high uptime requirements
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for system incidents and escalated issues
- Manage access provisioning, badge credentials, user roles, schedules, access levels, and zones
- Support integrations with identity management systems, CCTV, alarm systems, and other security platforms
- Perform system maintenance, upgrades, patches, and configuration changes following change management processes
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to controllers, panels, readers, and servers
- Coordinate with security teams, facilities, vendors, and integrators for issue resolution and system improvements
- Maintain documentation including system architecture, procedures, and audit records
- Support compliance audits, regulatory requirements, and investigations
- Participate in system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows Server administration?, * 5-7 years of experience administering enterprise access control or physical security systems
- Hands-on experience with Honeywell ProWatch or similar access control platforms
- Strong knowledge of access control concepts (credentials, roles, schedules, zones, policies)
- Experience supporting high-availability, mission-critical environments
- Knowledge of Windows Server environments, databases, and network connectivity
- Proven troubleshooting skills across hardware and software components (controllers, panels, readers, servers)
- Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills, * Honeywell ProWatch Certification
- Physical Security Professional (PSP) or related certifications
- Experience in regulated environments (airports, transportation, government, etc.)
- Familiarity with CCTV, video management systems, alarm monitoring, and identity management integrations, * Honeywell ProWatch administration
- Access control and physical security systems
