Job description

Mphasis is seeking a Technical Support Analyst with strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience supporting applications within the Banking and Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Level 1/Level 2 support, incident management, issue resolution, and ensuring seamless operation of banking applications and services., * Provide technical support for banking applications and platforms.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, system, and user issues within established SLAs.
  • Monitor application health, system performance, and service availability.
  • Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for resolution.
  • Manage tickets through ServiceNow, JIRA, or other ticketing systems.
  • Support production environments and participate in incident management calls.
  • Communicate effectively with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams.
  • Perform application validations, deployments, and post-release support activities.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and organizational policies.
