Job description
As a Technology Systems Installation & Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering technology projects from planning through deployment. You'll work closely with our internal teams, customers, and subcontractors to ensure successful installations across correctional facilities nationwide.
This role combines technical installation work, project coordination, equipment preparation, networking, and customer interaction. You'll have opportunities to travel, learn new technologies, and grow your technical and leadership skills as our company continues to expand.
What You'll DoProject Preparation & Coordination
- Prepare and stage equipment for upcoming installations
- Verify project materials, equipment, and configurations prior to deployment
- Coordinate installation schedules with facilities and subcontractors
- Track project progress and maintain organized documentation
- Assist with project planning and execution from start to finish
Technology Installation & Deployment
- Install and configure VoIP communication systems
- Deploy managed network infrastructure and WiFi solutions
- Install PoE-powered technology devices and digital signage systems
- Assist with structured cabling and network connectivity projects
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance
- Travel to customer sites as needed to support installations and service work
Technical & Team Collaboration
- Work with internal technical teams and field installers
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors during deployments
- Document project progress, technical configurations, and installation notes
- Ensure information is organized and accessible for team collaboration
- Assist with troubleshooting networking and technology issues
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical documentation?, * Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Technical Experience
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, switches, routers, WiFi)
- Structured cabling experience
- Low-voltage installation experience
- IT support or systems deployment experience
- Experience working with VoIP systems
- Familiarity with PoE devices and network hardware
- Basic project management or project coordination experience
