Job description

  • Provide first- and second-line support (remote and on-site), focusing on maximizing first-call resolution
  • Analyze, record, and track incidents, service requests, and problems
  • Act as a primary liaison with customers and stakeholders for support-related issues
  • Support PC environment setup, reconfiguration, and installations
  • Document operational procedures and create technical knowledge base content
  • Perform service desk operations, application testing/administration, and coordinate with system and database teams, + Net expenses

Requirements

  • Highly autonomous and broadly IT skilled
  • Very good skills in all of the MS office applications
  • Very good skills with end user computers and, more specifically, Windows computers
  • Good understanding of the main mobile devices platforms and core mobile applications
  • Fluent in both English/French both written and oral
