Job description
Support the daily operation and maintenance of IT systems, including basic system configuration, user access and permission management, and functional testing, ensuring stable and reliable performance Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software (e.g., laptops, printers, screens and other office devices) Maintain records of IT hardware assets and assist in inventory tracking and management Provide first-level technical support to end users, responding to IT issues and ensuring timely resolution or escalation when necessary Support network infrastructure operations, including basic network setup, connectivity troubleshooting, and coordination with headquarter IT team Assist in database maintenance tasks such as data monitoring, basic troubleshooting, backups, and routine checks Participate in IT projects by supporting planning, documentation, and coordination under guidance from senior engineers
Requirements
Do you have experience in Human resources?, academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable qualification Initial practical experience in Application systems for Human Resources Solutions, ideally also in an industrial environment Strong knowledge of system configuration as well as troubleshooting and problem analysis Proficient in common IT tools and software solutions Excellent communication skills and a strong team player Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style Very good written and spoken German and English skills
