Are you in?, * Own the end-to-end delivery of AI (Agentic) use cases, from ideation and qualification through design, implementation, testing, rollout, and operational readiness

  • Lead the design and execution of AI-powered solutions using ServiceNow AI Agents, Now Assist, workflow automation, and related capabilities
  • Act as the primary owner of AI use cases, orchestrating collaboration across HR, IT, Process Experts, Run teams, and external partners
  • Translate complex business challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions, ensuring feasibility, quality, and measurable business value
  • Drive roadmap planning, prioritization, and governance, including reporting and stakeholder communication for MyHR AI initiatives
  • Ensure adoption, smooth handover, and operational readiness of delivered AI solutions

Requirements

Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, * A degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Information Systems, IT, or a related field

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR technology, ServiceNow, AI solutions delivery, or enterprise digital transformation
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow and enterprise workflow solutions, with hands-on experience in solution design and delivery
  • Solid technical foundation, including scripting and automation (JavaScript preferred) and translating business needs into technical solutions
  • Proven ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, supported by strong communication, planning, and coordination skills
  • Experience or exposure to AI/GenAI, including ServiceNow AI Agents, Now Assist, or similar agentic AI solutions (HRSD knowledge is a plus)
  • Builder mentality, strong ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Fluent English skills

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
