You should work with your line manager to understand what their expectations are for you, your specific role and your team., This role is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. As a customer advocate, this individual is responsible for reporting on, identifying, triaging, and facilitating the resolution of bugs in collaboration with engineering teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving user experience, diligent in reporting issues, and effective in communicating updates to both technical and leadership teams. This role is suited for someone eager to learn, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead end to end transformation initiatives - Shape, structure and drive initiatives from problem framing through delivery, adoption and value realisation, aligned to ND&I strategic outcomes.
- Translate strategy into executable change - Convert high level priorities and complex challenges into well defined transformation opportunities with clear scope, success measures and pathways.
- Cross functional orchestration - Work across ND&I functions and other Network domains to align stakeholders, coordinate inputs and resolve blockers.
- Shape innovation and improvement opportunities - Identify and assess opportunities across tooling, automation, AI, data, process and ways of working, turning them into structured, scalable initiatives.
- Lead adoption and behavioural change within initiatives - Own the change and adoption components embedded in transformation work, ensuring people, processes and roles are ready for sustained adoption.
- Partner with the L5 Change Manager where specialist change expertise, communications or complex behavioural interventions are required.
- Define and track initiative level value- Create baselines, measures and value tracking for each initiative. Provide transparency on performance, outcomes and benefits throughout the lifecycle.
- Influence and align stakeholders - Manage senior stakeholder expectations, create clarity, facilitate alignment and maintain momentum around shared outcomes.
- Provide structured insights and decision support - Synthesise findings, risks and options into clear, outcome focused recommendations for ND&I leadership.
Requirements
- Experience delivering business or digital transformation in complex operational, engineering or infrastructure environments.
- Strong systems-thinking skills, able to connect process, technology, data, people and operating model.
- Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and convert them into actionable initiatives.
- Strong cross-functional influencing and stakeholder engagement skills at senior levels.
- Experience defining and tracking initiative-level benefits (financial and non-financial).
- Familiarity with digital tooling, automation, AI-enabled improvement and data-driven transformation.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, driving clarity, and navigating evolving priorities.
- Ability to work effectively with specialist roles (Change, BA, Process, Data, Tooling) without overlapping technical remits.
