Job description
We're seeking a proactive and tech-savvy IT Administrator to join our Head Office in Stone, Staffordshire. Working closely with the IT & Facilities Manager, you'll provide hands-on support to our expanding network of branches. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about technology and eager to grow within an IT support environment.
As the primary contact for day-to-day IT support queries, you'll handle a wide range of technical issues and ensure a seamless experience for users across the organisation., * Manage and prioritise the IT Support inbox, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the IT Manager to resolve a variety of IT queries.
- Serve as the first point of contact for branch support requests, both remotely and onsite as needed.
- Work in partnership with our external IT managed services provider.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of IT infrastructure and internal systems.
- Look for new and innovative ways to improve current systems and processes.
- Maintain the company website, creating blog posts, updating SEO and managing Google Adwords campaigns.
Daily & Weekly Duties
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with branch staff to understand and support their IT requirements.
- Deliver technical support to end users across desktop and portable devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently, providing clear communication to both technical and non-technical users.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, Essential
- Full UK driving licence (travel to branches will be required).
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
- Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Able to explain technical issues in simple terms.
- Hands-on experience with PC hardware setup and troubleshooting.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Desirable
- Experience with The Access Group systems: People Planner, Care Planning, SelectHR.
- Familiarity with Datto solutions.
- Prior experience in a similar IT support or administration role.
- Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, SharePoint, Exchange Admin Centre (EAC).
- Basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN).
- Experience managing a website using Hostinger.
- Google Adwords
- SEO
- Experience working in the care industry.
- Experience using Canva, Photoshop or other editing software
