Job description

We're looking for someone to support a busy operations team by handling customer requests, coordinating field staff, and keeping records up to date. The role involves working with customers and internal teams to make sure jobs are logged, scheduled, and completed properly., * Take customer calls and emails about requests

  • Send out quotations for repairs
  • Help organise schedules and daily workload
  • Keep systems and records accurate and up to date
  • Monitor inboxes and respond to requests
  • Deal with basic queries

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, * Experience in admin, coordination, or technical customer support

  • Good communication skills
  • Organised and able to manage a busy workload
  • Accurate with data entry
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
