Job description

TechNest are looking for an Infrastructure Specialist with responsibility supporting and maintaining enterprise datacentre and cloud environments. Focused on ensuring the availability, security, performance, and scalability of hybrid infrastructure, while supporting business-critical systems and technology transformation initiatives., * Managed datacentre operations, including power, cooling, colocation facilities, and critical infrastructure to ensure high availability and operational resilience.

  • Administered and supported Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services (RDS), Azure AD, and identity management solutions, including MFA and federation technologies.
  • Developed and maintained PowerShell automation scripts for provisioning, configuration management, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Supported Windows Server, VMware, and Hyper-V environments, ensuring stable and secure infrastructure services.
  • Managed enterprise patching and endpoint management using MECM/SCCM, Intune, and WSUS.
  • Administered cloud access and identity platforms, maintaining secure authentication and access controls across hybrid environments.
  • Coordinated with internal teams, third-party suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve incidents, deliver projects, and maintain service levels.
  • Participated in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies to support business growth and digital transformation.
  • Provided on-call support for critical infrastructure and datacentre operations, ensuring rapid response to high-priority incidents.
