Job description

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about creating accurate documentation that supports manufacturing operations? We're looking for a Documentation Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of production documentation.

What You'll Do

As a Documentation Coordinator II, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining manufacturing documentation to ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create process summaries and verify that internal revisions align with customer revisions.
  • Develop visual work instructions and visual aids by importing design data files.
  • Implement customer-requested changes and engineering revisions.
  • Update documentation to reflect changes in manufacturing processes.
  • Revise, release, and maintain controlled documents while assessing impacts on work-in-progress.
  • Schedule and facilitate assembly review meetings to determine assembly operations and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain in-house stock numbers.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the documentation process.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Productivity software?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, Required Skills & Abilities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to learn and utilize Kwick Tic software to create visual aids.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments., * High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in document control, manufacturing documentation, technical documentation, or a related field preferred.
  • Must qualify as a U.S. Person as defined in 22 CFR 120.62 (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident).

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
  • Occasionally lift and move items up to 15 pounds.
