What You'll Do
As a Documentation Coordinator II, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining manufacturing documentation to ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create process summaries and verify that internal revisions align with customer revisions.
- Develop visual work instructions and visual aids by importing design data files.
- Implement customer-requested changes and engineering revisions.
- Update documentation to reflect changes in manufacturing processes.
- Revise, release, and maintain controlled documents while assessing impacts on work-in-progress.
- Schedule and facilitate assembly review meetings to determine assembly operations and requirements.
- Develop and maintain in-house stock numbers.
- Ensure documentation accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the documentation process.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Productivity software?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, Required Skills & Abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to learn and utilize Kwick Tic software to create visual aids.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments., * High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in document control, manufacturing documentation, technical documentation, or a related field preferred.
- Must qualify as a U.S. Person as defined in 22 CFR 120.62 (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident).
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
- Occasionally lift and move items up to 15 pounds.
