Job description

RL Enterprise Recruiting & Staffing is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client for multiple IT Support Engineer direct hire openings in the Greenville, SC area. We are seeking both Level I and Level II Engineers with previous Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment supporting a diverse client base.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization that provides managed IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, networking, VoIP, and strategic technology support to businesses throughout the region., * Provide remote and onsite technical support to business clients

  • Troubleshoot desktop, server, network, and connectivity issues
  • Support and administer Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
  • Configure, maintain, and support Windows 10/11 operating systems
  • Support Apple Mac operating systems and devices
  • Assist with network configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Document technical issues, resolutions, and system changes
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with team members to support client environments

Additional Responsibilities for Level II Engineers

  • Design, implement, and support IT infrastructure solutions
  • Troubleshoot complex server, networking, and systems issues
  • Maintain technical standards and documentation
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Assist clients with technology recommendations and best practices

Requirements

Do you have experience in Customer communication?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Must reside in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, SC area

  • Previous MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience is required
  • Must be willing to travel locally to client sites as needed
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • No current or future sponsorship available, Level I Engineers
  • 1+ years of IT experience
  • MSP experience required
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
  • Experience supporting Windows and Mac environments

Level II Engineers

  • 3-5+ years of IT experience
  • MSP experience required
  • Advanced troubleshooting and infrastructure support experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, servers, and cloud technologies
  • Experience supporting both Windows and Mac environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Spanish language skills are a plus, * How many years of experience administering Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)?, * Bachelor's (Required)
