Job description
- Monitor production applications and system performance
- Troubleshoot technical and application issues
- Work with Development, QA, and Support teams
- Analyze system trends and report issues
- Help maintain stable and reliable cloud-based applications
Requirements
Do you have experience in XML?, * 3+ years of application support or technical operations experience
- Experience with Microsoft Server platforms
- Knowledge of MS SQL Server in a production environment
- Experience with XML, HTTPS, .NET, and client-server applications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Linux command line (CLI)
- Ability to document processes and procedures
