Job description

  • Support the formation of customer and partner relationships by presenting the value that our radar products bring to their solutions and applications.
  • Support the integration of Echodynes solutions with 3rd party integrators, to include Command and Control (C2) platforms, Video Management Platforms (VMS), autonomous platforms, etc.
  • Lead installation planning and integrations, execute deployment configuration and system tuning, and provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting
  • Participate in post-demo data analysis and report creation.
  • Support the scaling of Echodynes customer and partner bases by developing and maintaining training materials, including application notes and user manuals.
  • Help improve Echodynes products by regularly collecting customer feedback and interfacing with Echodyne product managers and engineers.
  • Up to 50% travel may be required.

  • Must be able to regularly lift, carry and move equipment, occasionally up to 50 pounds., * Experienced in coordinating efforts across teams and organizations.
  • Experience deploying or operating radar systems, especially Electronically Scanning Array radars.
  • Experience with Linux operating systems and using a Command Line Interface.
  • Basic understanding of digital signal processing functions and application to various sensor modalities. Direct experience with radar signal processing a plus.
  • Comfortable troubleshooting both hardware and software issues and working with customers to determine root causes of issues.
  • Experience conducting basic data plotting and analysis.
  • Experience with basic networking and Wireshark.
  • Experience with scripting in one or more of the following: C/C++, Python, C#., * 5+ years of experience supporting field deployed sensors/hardware
  • 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying technical role (Pre or post-sales)
  • 2+ years of experience with software APIs
  • TRAVEL: Travel as required, both air and ground; up to 50%

This is an exempt position.

The pay range is from $100,000 to $120,000 base plus commission.
