Bi-Lingual Legal Intake Specialist

• Conduct intake interviews with prospective clients and gather relevant case information.
• Evaluate and quickly determine whether potential cases meet firm criteria for acceptance.
• Accurately document intake details and maintain client records.
• Send contracts to clients and open new cases upon receipt of signed agreements.
• Assist with data entry and administrative processing of client files.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the firm in a professional, empathetic, and client-focused manner.

Do you have experience in Teamwork?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bi-lingual Spanish speaking highly desired.

• Ability to build trust and connect with callers in a compassionate and professional manner.
• Experience working with multi-line phone systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service related computer applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Previous legal intake or customer service experience required.
• Personal injury law firm experience is a plus., * Law office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 2 years (Required)
