Job description
We are currently seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide hands on support for users in Atlanta as well as remote support for other company offices. New system deployment and network maintenance will also be daily responsibilities. This person will also monitor help tickets and triage and route tickets while escalating important issues. NOTE: This position requires daily on-site work (not a WFH position). Health, Dental, and Vision are offered in addition to base salary., * Provide phone and hands-on support to end users
- Prioritize service requests and assign support tickets
- Provide support for both hardware and software
Requirements
Experience working with for Windows OS and Microsoft Office products Experience with desktops, laptops, tablets and phones
