Console Operator

• High School diploma or equivalent., * Minimum one (1) year of experience in a Customer Service environment.
• Previous switchboard experience in a fast-paced environment preferred, but not required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams and Outlook required.

• Shifts, hours and days of the week will vary as the schedule requires.
