Job description
The Network Project Manager oversees cabling and low-voltage implementations across data centers, IDF/MDF sites, HUB/BCR locations, offices, and FAB projects. The role provides day-to-day process guidance to vendors and operations teams, ensuring smooth execution and hand-over. This position is for a 6-month contract with opportunity for renewal., * Cabling & Low-Voltage Implementation
- Manage installation and commissioning of cabling and low-voltage systems in data centers, IDF/MDF, HUB/BCR, office, and FAB environments.
- Vendor Management
- Handle local vendor contracts, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
- Oversee site-entrance requests, daily resource status, and compliance with SAS policies.
- Delivery Management
- Track project progress, update weekly dashboards, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Project Control Office (PCO) Functions
- Coordinate on-site and vendor resources for network termination projects.
- Manage safety protocols and support post-implementation hand-over.
- Liaise with operations teams to ensure seamless transition.
- Contract Management
- Administer inbound and outbound contracts, provide quotations, and conduct legal reviews.
- Follow up on contract execution and amendments.
- SAS Communication
- Plan invoices, schedule payments, and prepare SDSA forecasting reports.
- Validate purchase orders and request additional resources or manpower as needed.
- Additional Duties
- Perform any other job-related tasks as required.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Vendor relationship management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Project & Delivery Management
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including progress monitoring and dashboard reporting.
- Resource & Vendor Management
- Experience handling site-entrance requests, daily staffing status, and SAS policy compliance.
- Network Termination Expertise
- Hands-on involvement in on-site resource coordination, vendor oversight, and safety management.
- Contract Administration
- Ability to manage contracts, generate quotes, and conduct legal reviews.
- SAS & PO Management
- Competence in invoice planning, scheduling, and PO validation.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Communication
- Excellent written and verbal proficiency in both Korean and English.

- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
