Job description

  • Resolve escalated technical issues and support complex infrastructure environments
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions
  • Manage and support Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization platforms (e.g., Hyper-V)
  • Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and VPNs
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and deploying IT solutions
  • Document technical procedures, solutions, and best practices
  • Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to resolve issues
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to critical after-hours incidents
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

Requirements

This role is ideal for a skilled IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex technical challenges while supporting a stable and expanding infrastructure., * Proven experience in IT support and infrastructure management

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 cloud services (Entra, Purview) and platforms such as Azure or AWS
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls)
  • Experience with RMM and PSA tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Datto, NinjaOne)
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft) are a plus
