Job description

  • Serve as the sole IT leader, owning both day-to-day operations and long-term IT strategy
  • Lead the migration from QuickBooks to a new ERP system, including full implementation, integration, and optimization
  • Manage and optimize the company's cloud-based systems and IT infrastructure
  • Develop and strengthen cybersecurity protocols, including firewall management, network security, and endpoint protection
  • Oversee physical and operational security systems, including employee devices, cameras, and alarm systems
  • Partner with and manage third-party vendors and MSPs responsible for data storage, backups, and infrastructure support
  • Implement IT monitoring and performance tracking systems to proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Support IT infrastructure needs tied to company expansion and operational growth
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on technology investments, risks, and scalability, * How many years of experience do you have in an IT leadership role (IT Manager, Director of IT, Head of IT, etc.)?
  • Have you served as the primary or sole IT leader responsible for an organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity?

Requirements

Do you have experience in Vendor relationship management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 10+ years of progressive IT experience across infrastructure, systems, and support

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in a hands-on IT leadership role (e.g., IT Manager, Director of IT)
  • Proven ability to operate as a sole or lead IT resource in a growing organization
  • Experience leading or supporting ERP implementations and system migrations
  • Strong knowledge of: Network infrastructure and firewall management; Cybersecurity best practices; Cloud-based environments
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and IT service providers
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
