Senior IT Project Manager

• You are expected to lead and manage project team members to achieve business objectives, processes, and system goals

• Control project scope, costs, and timelines to ensure successful delivery is part of your role, and to manage risks proactively to minimize impact on project outcomes

• You will make informed decisions that drive project progress and stakeholder satisfaction

• Collaborate effectively with internal and external resources, including virtual and culturally diverse teams

• Apply Agile development paradigms to manage and adapt project workflows

• You tasked to utilize project management tools for estimating, planning, risk, and change management

• Thrive in a team environment that values diversity, encourages sharing unique perspectives, and fosters continuous learning

• You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Project Management Professional certification or equivalent

• Minimum of ten (10) years of combined business and IT experience, focusing on process implementation across multiple systems

• You have a proven track record managing small to medium-sized IT projects with full accountability for budget, timeline, and sponsor satisfaction

• Strong knowledge of current trends in Information Technology and project management practices

• Excellent listening skills and sound judgment to guide project decisions

• You are expected to have the ability to learn from experiences and share insights with the team

• Experience working in large corporate environments and managing diverse teams across locations

• You have effective verbal and written communication skills for all organizational levels

• Knowledge of Distribution Operations and Geographic Information Systems is beneficial

Pay Range: $108,225 - $158,730
