Requirements
We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician for an onsite role. The successful candidate will provide essential support for end-user computing, PC/Workstation-based LAN applications, and mobile devices. This position requires strong technical knowledge and a commitment to customer service.
Required Qualifications
Education: A High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) is required.
Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in end-user computing and PC/Workstation based LAN applications is necessary.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of mobile devices.
- Proficiency with current Windows operating systems, Lotus Notes, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated customer service skills., * Previous technical consulting experience is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an additional four (4) years of directly related experience is advantageous.
- Microsoft Certifications or A+ certification is preferred.
