• Create efficient SQL queries and conduct initial data analysis to identify patterns within clinical and membership data.
• Manage the full cycle of analytical projects, from understanding business needs to delivering definitive solutions.
• Combine data from various sources to develop strategic recommendations for healthcare initiatives.
• Collaborate with data teams to develop analytical tools and insights that impact program performance.
• Present findings clearly, tailoring communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• :Experience with SQL and statistical programming languages such as Python or R
• .Proven ability to analyze large datasets and draw actionable insights
• .Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques, including experimentation methods like A/B testing
• .Strong storytelling skills for communicating complex results effectively
