Job description
CDW is seeking a hands-on Intune / SCCM Engineer to serve as the primary Intune/SCCM engineering resource for a large device footprint. In this role, you'll drive patching automation, support SCCM image deployment, lead upgrade cycles, and assess existing Intune/SCCM environments-while partnering with a broader engineering team to keep systems running smoothly and improving over time.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including patch automation and device management
- Solid background in Microsoft SCCM, specifically for imaging and deployment
- Experience managing large-scale environments (5,000+ devices)
- Ability to create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation
- Strong troubleshooting and optimization mindset with good communication skills
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience leading or coordinating Intune/SCCM upgrade cycles in production environments
- Prior ownership experience as the primary Intune/SCCM domain resource

Other Requirements

- Onsite expectations: Hybrid 3 days/week preferred (remote considered for the right fit)
