Job description
Provide technical support and assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues
Manage and maintain computer systems, including desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals
Troubleshoot software problems related to operating systems such as Windows 2019, 2022
Configure and support network infrastructure including LAN, VPNs, firewalls, and switches
Assist with software installation, updates, and patch management
Support desktop support tasks such as hardware repairs, upgrades, and replacements
Maintain documentation of incidents and resolutions in help desk systems
Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements to enhance security and efficiency
Collaborate with the IT team to develop infrastructure solutions that meet organizational needs
Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices for data protection

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive technical support, manage computer systems, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues across various platforms. This role requires strong communication skills, Familiarity with computer networking concepts such as LAN/WAN configuration, VPN setup, firewall management
