Senior Design Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer with 10+ years of experience in armored vehicles, military mobility platforms, defense vehicles, or heavy vehicle systems. This role will lead the design, development, integration, and release of tactical armored vehicle components and subsystems from concept through production.

Do you have experience in Welding?, * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• 10+ years of mechanical design experience.
• Strong experience with armored vehicles, military vehicles, combat vehicles, MRAPs, or heavy equipment.
• Expert proficiency in SolidWorks.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, and DFM/DFA principles.
• Experience with chassis design, welded structures, fabricated assemblies, and vehicle integration.
• Experience managing BOMs, PDM systems, and ECR/ECO/ECN processes.
• Hands-on experience supporting prototype builds, testing, troubleshooting, and manufacturing.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with tactical wheeled or tracked vehicles.
• Knowledge of armor systems, ballistic protection, survivability features, and defense vehicle materials.
• Familiarity with military vehicle development programs and defense manufacturing environments.
