Job description

Job Summary:Looking for a skilled Business Analyst with Workday / HCM experience to support a major HCM transformation in a large-scale, public sector environment.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Workday?, * Lead end-to-end business analysis across the full project lifecycle

  • Drive requirements gathering, RTMs, gap analysis, and UAT
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT to deliver a successful ERP modernization
  • Map PeopleSoft functionality to Workday and support solution design
  • 10+ years as a Business Analyst on ERP/HCM programs
  • Workday experience strongly preferred (migration experience is a major plus)
  • Expertise in BRDs, RTMs, user stories, and stakeholder management
  • Experience working in government/public sector environments
