Job description

As a Systems Integration Engineer, you'll be at the intersection of hardware, software, and real-world validation. You'll work across disciplines to bring complex systems together, ensuring they perform reliably from bench to production. This is a hands-on role where you'll own integration challenges end-to-end, collaborate with a tight-knit engineering team, and build the kind of technical depth that comes from working on hard problems., * Integrate hardware and software subsystems, validating interfaces and ensuring end-to-end system functionality.

  • Design, execute, and document integration test plans covering SIL, HIL, and physical validation.
  • Analyze CAN bus and communication protocol data to diagnose and resolve integration issues.
  • Write clean, maintainable scripts in Python to automate test workflows and process data.
  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation: wiring schematics, integration guides, test reports, and calibration procedures.
  • Work closely with electrical, mechanical, and software engineers to identify root causes and drive issues to resolution.
  • Support continuous improvement of integration processes, tooling, and best practices.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Systems integration?, * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

  • 0-2 years of professional or project experience in systems integration, controls engineering, or a related role.

  • Proficiency in at least one of: Python, C, or C++
  • Familiarity with communication protocols such as CAN, I2C, SPI, or similar.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to troubleshooting.
  • Clear written and verbal communication - you can translate technical findings into plain language.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with CAD tools (Catia, NX, or similar) for reviewing or creating component models.
  • Exposure to Agile or Scrum workflows.
  • Experience with Grafana or other data visualization tools.
