Senior iOS / Android Engineering Manager

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of iOS and Android engineers.

This role combines technical leadership, people management, and strategic planning to drive the development of high-quality mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in mobile software development, proven experience managing engineering teams, and a passion for building scalable, user-focused products., Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

7+ years of professional software engineering experience.

3+ years of engineering management or team leadership experience.

Strong knowledge of iOS and Android development ecosystems.

Experience with mobile application architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.

Knowledge of cloud platforms and backend service integration.

Experience scaling mobile applications for large user bases.

Familiarity with modern mobile frameworks and development tools.
