How you make an impact at Kramp
As Product Owner Finance, you play a critical role in enabling Kramp's financial operations through a modern, integrated, and scalable application landscape. You are responsible for the digital products that support core Finance processes across Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Treasury, Tax, Compliance Reporting, and Financial Planning & Analysis.
You own and continuously improve the Finance technology ecosystem with core focus on our major platform Oracle Cloud Finance, and supporting systems like APRO and Avalara. As Finance is a growing digital environment we have more applications supporting us, like in single source of banking (Nomentia) and business performance management (Oracle EPM).
Together with our Finance stakeholders, business, IT teams, and external partners, you ensure these platforms deliver business value, operational excellence, compliance, and data-driven decision making.
Through your product vision, prioritization, and leadership, you help Finance teams work more efficiently while supporting Kramp's international growth ambitions.
Your challenge
Finance is evolving rapidly through digitalization, automation, regulatory requirements, and increasing business complexity. As Product Owner Finance, you operate at the intersection of Finance and Technology, balancing operational stability with continuous innovation.
You manage a diverse application landscape that supports multiple countries, legal entities, currencies, and reporting requirements. Your challenge is to ensure seamless integration between financial systems while continuously improving user experience, process efficiency, financial controls, and reporting capabilities.
You translate strategic Finance objectives into product initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes and support Kramp's growth across Europe.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute a clear product vision and roadmap for the Finance Systems domain.
- Partner closely with Finance leaders to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital transformation.
- Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead discovery activities and evaluate new capabilities that improve Finance operations and decision-making.
- Manage integrations between Finance applications and adjacent business systems.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, analysts, and vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Foster a data-driven and experimental mindset within your team.
- Foster an Agile product mindset focused on continuous improvement and business value realization.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Supply chain?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Finance, IT, or Business Administration).

4-7 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or Finance digitalization.

Experience with tools such as Oracle, AP invoice automation, EDI systems, E-Invoicing, cash management, and EPM, is a strong plus.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the ability to effectively align stakeholders with the product vision.

Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.

Comfortable working in an international and multidisciplinary environment.
