They are complemented by the right hardware, services and integrations to ensure everything works seamlessly together., To support our continued international growth, we are looking for a Support Engineer in Nieuwegein with a passion for the leisure and attractions industry.
The job in a nutshell
The Customer Support department is the knowledge hub within Vintia and is in daily contact with our customers to optimise the use of our products. The team consists of a group of enthusiastic colleagues who are ambitious and eager to grow their careers.
Within this team of specialists, you will join our service department, where you will be responsible for providing telephone support for our software package ReCreateX, as well as access control and building management systems.
Your role is crucial for customer satisfaction, and it comes with a high level of responsibility. You will carefully analyse the customer's request and ultimately provide the best possible solution. You do not work from a script, no two days are the same.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * You are ambitious and ready for the next step;
- You speak and write fluent Dutch and English (or French);
- You are decisive, analytical, and results-driven;
- You are eager to continue developing yourself, investing in your knowledge, and growing further;
- Knowledge of MS Windows operating systems, MS SQL, and a general affinity with IT is a plus.
