Job description
As Detailed Scheduler Processing & Testing you work in a team driving impactful changes in our global operations. You help build the new Detailed Scheduling capability in our global supply chain. At this moment we are still more focused on Detailed Planning but working towards Detailed Scheduling in the near future. In this role, your work will include:
- Translate short-term processing and testing requirements into a detailed schedule, prioritizing incoming seed production, testing, and processing to meet the supply plan (0-12 weeks);
- Make planning trade-off decisions and communicate these to internal stakeholders, including Tactical Planners, Supply Planners, and Production Planners;
- Report and analyze key KPIs for processing and testing to address and solve performance gaps, and share findings across Enza Zaden;
- Maintenance of the planning tool, planning parameters and system tables such as machine capacities. Review and maintenance of Processing & Testing sequence and EOQ/minimum batch sizes. Facilitate performance reviews with senior stakeholders to identify and drive improvements;
- Provide input for the S&OP process through monthly reviews., * Room to develop yourself through our Great to Grow development program, training courses and e-learning platform;

Requirements
Do you have experience in Supply chain?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Your ability to adapt to new ideas and initiatives, combined with strong planning and communication skills, will help create buy-in for the Detailed Scheduling capability, fostering collaboration with stakeholders across the organization. In addition, you have:
- Higher educational level (HBO/Bachelor/College), preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Engineering;
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience;
- Experience with production scheduling/detailed scheduling is considered a plus;
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems using large datasets;
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, ERP systems, and planning systems;
- Fluent Dutch and proficient in English, both written and verbal.
Benefits & conditions
- A gross base salary between €3.984,18 and €5.500,87 per month. The range is based on a full-time schedule of 38 hours per week and aligned with your knowledge and experience;
