Senior IT Refurbishment Team Leader

Our client is looking for a hands-on leader to join their growing operation, overseeing a team responsible for refurbishing and securely processing a wide range of IT equipment. If you enjoy leading from the front, working with computer hardware and making sure things run smoothly, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

You'll be joining a busy and friendly team where you'll play a key role in keeping the operation running day to day. This isn't a role where you'll be stuck behind a desk all day - you'll be out on the floor, supporting your team, organising workloads, making sure equipment is processed correctly and helping to maintain high standards throughout.

Do you have experience in Mentoring?, We're looking for someone who has previously worked as an IT Refurbishment Technician, ITAD Technician, IT Hardware Technician, Computer Repair Technician, Workshop Supervisor, Refurbishment Team Leader, Production Team Leader, Technical Team Leader or in a similar role. You'll be confident working with IT hardware and have experience leading or mentoring others. You don't need to know everything, but you should enjoy solving problems, keeping things organised and helping people get the best out of themselves.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
