Digital Systems Officer - ICT (Locum)

This is an excellent opportunity for an ICT professional with experience in Power Platform tools, automation workflows, and data visualisation, looking for a varied role supporting digital transformation and system efficiency improvements.

The role involves working across multiple sites within Carmarthenshire, supporting operational teams with digital solutions and system enhancements., * Support the development and maintenance of digital systems and applications

• Build and manage workflows using Power Automate
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Assist with system improvements and digital transformation initiatives
• Provide ICT support across multiple depots and office locations
• Troubleshoot system issues and support end users
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve data processes and efficiency
• Ensure accurate and secure handling of data in line with ICT policies

Do you have experience in Systems engineering?, * Experience working in an ICT / Digital Systems role

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI)
• Ability to build and maintain automated workflows and reporting tools
• Understanding of data systems, reporting, and digital process improvement
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to travel across multiple sites within Carmarthenshire
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• ICT qualification or equivalent experience desirable
