Job description

  • Ensure fleet processes are followed consistently across the organisation
  • Review workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain and support fleet management software and databases
  • Configure user accounts, permissions, and system settings
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across fleet systems
  • Manage GPS tracking and telematics platforms
  • Provide system support and training to fleet users.
  • Act as a point of contact for fleet-related system issues.
  • Work with operations, finance, procurement, and maintenance teams.
  • Assist managers with fleet-related analysis and decision-making.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Driving?, This role is pivotal in the department and requires an individual who is organised and can manage a lot of moving parts at once. You need to possess excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and have a good understanding of excel.

We do ask that you have previous fleet experience for this role and you hold a cat B driving licence.

Since this role is varied, we are looking for a candidate that can work in a team that can undertake a number of, sometimes, unrelated tasks. The systems team enables the 3 other teams within fleet (fleet support, fleet compliance and engineering) to move forward as they ensure that the systems are in working order and that accounts have been paid.
