Job description
- Ensure fleet processes are followed consistently across the organisation
- Review workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain and support fleet management software and databases
- Configure user accounts, permissions, and system settings
- Ensure data quality and integrity across fleet systems
- Manage GPS tracking and telematics platforms
- Provide system support and training to fleet users.
- Act as a point of contact for fleet-related system issues.
- Work with operations, finance, procurement, and maintenance teams.
- Assist managers with fleet-related analysis and decision-making.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Driving?, This role is pivotal in the department and requires an individual who is organised and can manage a lot of moving parts at once. You need to possess excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and have a good understanding of excel.
We do ask that you have previous fleet experience for this role and you hold a cat B driving licence.

The systems team enables the 3 other teams within fleet (fleet support, fleet compliance and engineering) to move forward as they ensure that the systems are in working order and that accounts have been paid.
