Job description
We're hiring senior iOS Developers for a collaborative team that values craftsmanship and curiosity. This position is onsite in our Menlo Park, CA office (minimum 3 days a week). We're looking for engineers who understand performance, architecture, and the nuances of Apple's frameworks like true craftsmen.
What You'll Do:
- Architect and build robust, scalable iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI
- Write clean, testable, maintainable code with emphasis on performance and reliability
- Dive deep into Apple APIs (Local Authentication, Common Crypto, etc.)
- Optimize performance using profiling tools and concurrency strategies
- Mentor developers and shape technical culture
- Use AI tools to accelerate development
Interview Process:
- Phone screen covering:
- Swift language depth (concurrency, generics, protocol design)
- Apple APIs & Frameworks (UIKit, SwiftUI, Authentication Services, WebKit)
- Apple ecosystem (CI/CD, performance tuning, app signing, crash analysis, architecture decisions)
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
