Job description

The goal of the METRC/Inventory Associate is to report to and assist our Compliance Manager and maintain METRC Compliance throughout our facility. They will help lighten the load of METRC tasks for other operational teams and speed up the process of fulfilling orders and adding to inventory. This person will take control of inventory once it arrives in the Final Product Vault to when it leaves the facility through secure transport. They will complete the tagging and auditing of plants, auditing and creating packaged product tags, taking plant weights at harvest, general facility compliance tasks, and any other metrc associated tasks. They will receive product purchase orders from the sales department or accounts receivable department, schedule transport, and fulfill the orders. This position will include occasional 12hr shifts as coincides with the facility harvest schedule.

Must be 21 years or older to be considered.

Responsibilities

· Performing log-keeping of cannabis products being added to inventory and properly logging the receipt of said product in METRC.

· Performing intake of cannabis products into the inventory management software and excel.

· Assisting the Compliance Manager with inventory and plant audits and reconciliations every 14 days.

· Perform quality control checks on final products before delivery.

· Order fulfillment.

· Plant tagging and ensuring plant compliance.

· Scheduling Secure Transport for deliveries and create METRC Transport Manifest.

· Assisting the Compliance Manager with full panel compliance testing.

· Harvest Day tasks.

· Assisting the Compliance Manager during CRA and Kalamazoo facility audits

· Disseminating test results to stakeholders.

· Ensuring deliveries are fulfilled and delivered on time, and purchase orders match invoices and transfer manifests.

· Troubleshooting inventory issues that may come up while operating the platform.

· Maintaining METRC and inventory management supplies.

· Assigning new METRC tags to plant and product packages.

· Researching and learning the METRC platform to become more efficient.

· Being a self-starter as there is very little official training material available for METRC, learning the platform will be a largely individual process with guidance from the Compliance Manager.

· Willing to be responsive outside of normal work hours in the case of an emergency (within reason).

Requirements

Do you have experience in Warehouse experience?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, For this role we are seeking an individual with strong personal organization skills and computer-based proficiency., · Proficient with Technology/Software/Computers.

· Experience with MS Office and Excel, Google Suite, and Adobe Acrobat is a plus

· Experience working in a logistics-based operation such as retail delivery or distribution/warehousing

· Typing skills

· Extremely detail-oriented and organized

· Prior experience with METRC is preferred, * High school or equivalent (Preferred)
