Product Design & Development
- Design and develop new games, puzzles, toys, and activity products from concept through production.
- Create product concepts, gameplay mechanics, prototypes, and consumer-facing experiences.
- Research trends in toys, games, social media, entertainment, and consumer products that can be used to enhance product design and packaging.
Graphic Design
- Design packaging, game boards, cards, instruction manuals, puzzle artwork, and product components.
- Create compelling visual identities and branding systems for new product lines.
- Develop retail-ready packaging that communicates product benefits and stands out on shelf.
- Prepare production-ready files and artwork for domestic and international manufacturing partners.
- Ensure brand consistency across products, packaging, marketing materials, and digital assets.
Product Execution
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting development timelines.
- Maintain organized product files, specifications, and design assets.
Requirements

This role combines product innovation, graphic design, packaging development, and visual storytelling to bring new games, puzzles, and toy concepts from idea to shelf.
The ideal candidate has a strong design aesthetic, excellent graphic design skills, and a passion for creating engaging consumer products. They thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy balancing creativity with practical manufacturing and retail requirements., * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, product design, consumer products, toys, games, or packaging design.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong typography, layout, color, and branding skills.
- Ability to create production-ready artwork and understand print specifications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred
- Experience in the toy, game, puzzle, gift, or children's product industry.
- Experience designing products for mass-market retail.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, packaging construction, and product safety requirements.
- Experience with AI image-generation tools and emerging design technologies.
- Illustration skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of 3D rendering or product visualization software is a plus., * Graphic design: 3 years (Preferred)
