Job description

  • Purchasing, allocating and configuring infrastructure.
  • Experience building out office infrastructure.
  • Experience breaking down old office infrastructure.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance
  • Perform desk-side and remote troubleshooting for various IT issues
  • Manage and maintain the IT support ticketing system
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist in creating and maintaining automated scripts
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network equipment
  • Manage asset recovery and equipment reconditioning
  • Support company VOIP and video conferencing solutions
  • Contribute to documentation and process improvements
  • Respond promptly to IT issues and alerts

Requirements

  • Experience managing a small IT Team.
  • Experience with building out new office infrastructure.
  • Experience supporting non-local team members.
  • Experience configuring Cisco Meraki devices.
  • Knowledge of MacOS, iOS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of computer systems, networks, and security
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between properties
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred but not required
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Advanced knowledge of network administration and VOIP technologies
  • Ability to foster teamwork and coach others
  • Contributor to process and procedure improvements
