Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

10+ years of experience designing, developing, and testing web applications using .NET architecture and C#, including MVC, JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular), and HTML5.

7+ years of experience producing technical documentation (requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, and testing artifacts).

Provide application and solution architecture for large-scale, secure, and scalable systems in hybrid and cloud environments.

Architect and implement Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, including B2C and B2B configurations.

Design and integrate Single Sign-On (SSO) using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML protocols.

Apply security best practices, including conditional access, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and Zero Trust principles.

Integrate applications with Azure services, Microsoft 365, and third-party SaaS platforms.

Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders on large-scale implementation projects with diverse requirements.

Experience working in state government environments, particularly Education or Early Learning, is preferred.
