Job description
We are seeking a Senior Technical Engineer to support a large-scale workforce management transformation initiative impacting 55,000+ employees across the U.S. and Canada. This role serves as a subject matter expert, combining system administration and data engineering responsibilities to support a complex Time & Attendance ecosystem., * Configure and support Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence Management modules
- Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines and API integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Translate labor laws, union agreements, and business rules into system configurations
- Ensure data integrity across HR, Payroll, and Finance integrations
- Develop SQL-based reports and perform data analysis
- Manage system governance, security roles, upgrades, and overall platform stability
- Support Agile delivery processes and collaborate across cross-functional teams
Requirements
Do you have experience in Requirements analysis?, The ideal candidate will have strong experience with enterprise WFM platforms and the technical ability to design, configure, and maintain system functionality while ensuring seamless data integration across Payroll, HR, and Finance systems. This position requires expertise in translating labor rules, union agreements, and business requirements into system logic within a highly regulated, large-scale environment.
