Job description

  • Handle and respond to online sales inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective customers through phone, email, and text communication.
  • Follow up with leads and assist customers in their buying journey.
  • Work closely with the sales team and sales manager to drive dealership revenue.
  • Maintain an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Sales follow-up?, Are you a driven and customer-focused sales professional with experience in powersports internet sales? We are looking for two experienced Internet Sales Specialists to join our dynamic team! Simply put...ARE YOU OUR NEXT ROCKSTAR ???, * No Sales Experience Necessary, great training provided.

  • Experience in internet sales, preferably in powersports preferred (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, watercraft, automobile, etc.).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to engage and convert online leads into dealership appointments and then sales.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and looking to move into the Internet Sales Manager role thru promotion!
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, online chat, and digital sales platforms., * Experience in a high volume call center environment strongly preferred
  • Experience handling e-commerce sales leads strongly preferred
  • Previous Automotive or Powersports internet sales experience strongly preferred
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems such as Eleads, desired
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written (including exceptional email skills)
  • Energetic and Outgoing Personality
  • Professional, Pleasant, Friendly Demeanor
  • The willingness to follow up, and follow-up again, with customers (Persistently Patient)
  • Internet savvy, great computer skills, and exceptional organizational skills to keep track of all leads
  • Familiarity with and interest in powersports vehicles
