Job description
We are a leading manufacturer, recently established as an independent company through a strategic corporate carve-out. The goal for the Senior Director of IT is to move us to our own ERP and Infrastructure environment. This is a hands-on position, working with 3rd parties and building your team from scratch as we grow.
You will lead enterprise systems, IT infrastructure, and the ERP transformation in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Own the ERP deployment (top priority), systems integration, cybersecurity, vendor management, and the build out of a scalable standalone IT organization. Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and executive leadership to drive efficiency and technology adoption., * Lead ERP implementation, go live, stabilization, and ongoing improvements
- Drive integration across enterprise and manufacturing systems
- Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system reliability
- Build and manage IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and governance
- Develop and execute the enterprise technology roadmap
- Lead vendor relationships and implementation partners
- Drive cross functional change management and system adoption
- Build and scale the IT team and operating model
Requirements
Do you have experience in Vendor relationship management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
- 8+ years of IT leadership in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Proven ERP implementation and systems integration experience
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and enterprise systems
- Experience managing vendors and cross functional initiatives
Preferred:
- ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Plex, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience with EDI, MES, and multi site operations
- Certifications such as PMP or ITIL
