  • Own and manage product roadmaps, including backlog grooming and feature prioritization.
  • Define clear business requirements and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and quality assurance for system updates.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Operations, IT, and external partners to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Lead product demos and provide training to internal teams and end users.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and future development.
  • Monitor system performance and advocate for enhancements that drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support implementation of system changes and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Regularly communicate product updates, timelines, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 year of experience in a product management, business analyst, or EDI within logistics or IT.

Preferred Experience and Education:

  • Public speaking or giving presentations

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Agile or other iterative development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access).
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), EDI processes, or logistics software is a plus.
